bro f nahan jud ka mo gamay. . u need to cut back ur alcohol intake,ug sodas, nya try to eat less ug dont ever empty ur stomach,ang ako pasabot Bawal mag pa gotom pero kung late nyt na gane,ayaw pod ug eat dghan, ,try water or fruits. .FRUITS,vegetable ,water, Protein, less carb(white rice,pasta,white bread,)

less carb more protein jud bro... para sa imo tummy, yaw cge inom soda... mas maau kung mag.water lang ka... then para sad sa egg, mas maau kung egg white lang ang imo kaonon, yaw apila ang yellow, naa man sa yellow ang carb gud... banana sad, maau na cya.. then, kung nahan jud gani ka ug mainom nga pariha2x sa softdrink, fit n ryt nalang.. sa bread sad katong wheat bread..

less carbs more protein.. but then ha, careful lang ta mga bro and sis basin magka ulcer ta or gstritis.. take note, kung cge lang tag protein mudaghan ang release sa HCL and pepsin sa atong tiyan then and kana sila nga mga gastric juices ang maka cause og gastritis... pepsin and mudigest of proteins, now kung rigid diet jud ka like hapit wala nay kaon, nya kung muka-on man ka protein pa jud kan-on lang nimo think twice basin magka gastritis mo..hehe.. advise lang.. =)
tuna and oatmeal in the morning. then during dinner.. ayaw na pagrice jud.. stay away from rice jud..
