    Default Suggest a Diet Plan


    Wanting to lose at least 10 pounds. am a nursing student who indulges in food when in stress. any suggestion on how to lose that number? please do go with 'regular exercise' or anything of that jazz..something specific and helpful please..thankies

    do a lot of walking.. if you have a car park it kanang layo para taas imu walk, much better if walk lang jud, go for greens, avoid pork and chicken skin, if you love chicken go for tyhe breast, stay away from deep fried foods, walk, water and healthy diet.. and VSMMC is very effective to lose pud.. in my internship sa VSMMC for 3weeks i loose 15lbs.. hehe
