nganu man i associate man ang tapul sa pag ka freelance? Nganu man kung freelance ka meaning dili naka pwede mo work hard? or basin its the other way around.

Sa freelance double ang work, double ang pay as simple as that... sa full time bisag double imong work 25% ra imong extra pay. LOL...

i do both, pero part-time lang ko sa akong regular job, . mao wa ko niresign kay i know anytime pwede mahunong ang freelance, so wa ko fallback for income. and naa gihapon benefits sa regular job like HMO, SSS, etc. sa freelance, wala.

but my freelance work pays more than my part-time regular job.

    Fulltime job.

Murag lisod iCompare. Ky kung full time, magDepende man pud. Benifits, salary rate and etc. Free lance, naa ra house and all.

    Basing from experience:

    Full Time
    Advantage:
    • Salary is as stable as the company you are working for.
    • You got benefits and insurances. Like free hospitals and etc.
    • You got a fix time to work. (in my case 8hrs a day, mon-fri)
    • You don't pay for the resources you use for work.
    • You don't need to hustle yourself to go and pay for your insurances.

    Disadvantage:
    • You spend more time in the office than home.
    • Someone do command you, unless you are the CEO (even CEOs has someone who tells them what to do, "demands").
    • There are rules for you to follow.(aq nalang giapil dnhi, ky daghan au ang dili ganahan ani)

    Free lance
    Advantage:
    • As I am an IT related fellow, so mostly I got good price on projects.
    • I can do the task, whenever I want. As long as I meet the deadline.
    • You are not required to make documentations, code reviews, testing and etc (though actually it is better to do it)
    • There is a possibility your income will be twice your salary at full time. as there are chances that you'll be earning dollars even if you're here in the Philippines.

    Disadvantage:
    • There is this big chance that you will be doing more time on tasks than your needs.
    • No benefits and insurance. If you want some, you do it yourself.
    • You pay your own resources. e.g. Internet bills, electric bills, office stuffs.

Again, this is all basing from my experience. Okiez? so kamo na bahala og compare.

Bidding is a term used by auctioneers (Employers) sa quote/budget sa project. Unlike a normal auction bid nga padagko-ay og presyo. Kana ilaha is more like government project bids. Pagamyanay presyo og panindotay mo og services og add-on offers like time frame sa uban mga providers. The the best provider wins the bid (usually ang pinaka gamay og bid or ang pianaka dali mahuman). Depende na sa mag hatag sa project if ipa bid niya ang project para maka tipid or naa jud siya allocated budget. Sa bidding kansi jud kas mga Indiano kay mo tira jud na sila og under budget projects, pero imong edge og advantage sa mga Indiano (and I think common jud ni sa ubang mga Filipino freelancers) kay ang quality of work and communication jud. Standardized coding techniques, well-commented og well organized. Of course, naa pud ubang Indiano nga mo praktis og standization pero with a under budget constraint I don't think its that tight and feasible for them. hahaha...

    nice comparison bro @ Maikeru
mao nay dili biased nga comparison lol. Walay tapul2x, both requires time, effort and dedication. Both can also be an stable income generator. Naa lang jud siya pros and cons. Wala lang nimo gi add bro sa freelance advantages kay 2/3's of the day is spent with your family and with the comforts of a flat screen TV and a dolby 5.1 surround sound system or an xbox 360. hahahaha...
