bro, mao jud ni gusto nimo nga setup? medyo salikwaut man gud. u already have the proper devices...

try this: internet > wireless router with 4 lan ports > connect desktop using cat5 cable
>>> connect laptop via wireless
note: set lan & wlan to obtain ip automatically
> setup wireless router for lan: dhcp on, wirelesslan and ethernet in bridging mode

just try to work this out in this setup...

mao man gud ni bro, lahi ako internet service. para ra jud sa laptop. 101% dli puede sa akong desktop much more sa router. maona nga mao jud na ang set-up. kong puede pa lng bro nga usabon nganong dli. dili nko lisudlisuron ang kaugalingon. but your suggestion might work in my set-up by setting it in bridging mode...

i've tried your suggestion bro but to no avail gihapon... > ugma mag palit ko ug wireless adapter para sa akong desktop. last option nko kay Ad Hoc ICS nlng basin mo work out ra... > i will let you guys unsay resulta.

mga bro, nagpalit ko ug wireless ethernet adapter akong gita-od sa akong desktop... i tried using Ad Hoc Internet Connection Sharing (peer to peer). nalipay kau ko kay atlast, naka-internet na jud ako desktop.. hehehe.. thanks sa mga ni tampo sa ilang mga ideas...

yo... are you trying to share internet connection thru your laptop wifi?, if you do.... the internet sharing of winxp sucks ive tried this once, that's why i end up installing a proxy server, ok ra tana kung mac imo laptop kay dali ra... the only solution is to use a proxy try proxy++

Try kuno ani bro,

1. E share ang imong internet sa imo laptop.
2. Tanawa kung unsa ang imong Wireless IP sa imong laptop ex. 10.186.56.1
3. Sa imo desktop, configure ang imong IP.
ex.
IP Address: 10.186.56.2
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 10.168.56.1(laptop wireless IP)


Just think of nga ang wifi pariha ra sa cable, Mura rka ana ug ga share ug internet
sa lain nga local network

Try lang daw bro!
