So do I, in addition to a PC, a Wii, A DS and a PSP, but that wasn't my question. Fanboys bring up hardware as an argument, but isn't a game console used to play games and isn't software ultimately > hardware? As someone who has both consoles, aren't the games more important when you are buying a console? Did you buy a PS3 for the hardware? ... not to mention the fact that aside from Blu-Ray, the technical specs between both are negligible because as has been proved time and time again, it's software ... nor hardware that creates great technical achievement ... with Bayonetta being the most recent example ... that Microsoft being a software company did the smart thing and provided APIs for easier game development while Sony being a hardware company didn't and just told developers that ... someday, the PS3 will be great. Or did you buy it to play games? If you bought the PS3 for hardware, you made the wrong purchase decision ... you should've invested in a high end PC.

While I agree that for the most part it's all bout the games and both console were built for that obviously, we can't also deny that both are so much more that now. They have become great multimedia devices also.
Sure, I still point out to people that software matters first and I normally tell them the exclusive titles each console has to help them decide. But then there are people out there that may not care so much bout the exclusive titles when buying a new console. Knowing the fact that most games are multi-platform anyway, I don't blame them for going beyond the games and look at what else each of the hardware can do before they make their purchase. Now for this matter, obviously the X360 has a much better online service offering (retro arcade titles, movies, music, and social networking), and this 'Project Natal' thing could be the start of Skynet. The PS3 on the other hand has Blu-Ray, and cures cancer.
daghan napud mga exclusive titles for each console so choose wisely, but if you can afford buy both console...
