is the disk detected in bios? unsay brand sa HDD, if seagate, SeaTools from seagate might be able to ease your problem...

Aw if makita cya sa bios then sa windows di makita tingale di cya active or not recognize as active disk pero naka hide rana sya but physically present cya. The best thing that you can do use a third party software doh like partition magic then manage nimo ang disk. Thats it. If di gani mag work adto sa windows setup like windows xp then didto nimo i partition ang disk then restart.

Sure oi you said YUP abi nako makita sa bios since naa nag ask pud nimo. If di makita sa bios aw possible wa ma tarong ug taod ang power or sata/ide cable check daw. Then if di gani replace the cable and power if di gihapon possible guba na jud na then i uli dayon sa store for warranty Im sure 30 days direct replacement sa HDDs.
