did you read the instructions. Where did you acquire the vonage? It has a step by step set up bro. I was using vonage before but I change to magic jack because it is more cheaper. The difference is that Vonage can run without the computer just hook - up straight to the internet and then you get the line.

Yes i did. My sister bought this for me from the states. She's paying for the line but I really can't connect. The connected to the internet icon is there, but the phone icon is not. Error 003 ang moappear.
