bro, let the owner of the motor bike shoulder the participation fee and use your insurance and file Own Damage Claim... nka blotter bitaw na and they will cover the repairs.

naa pud ba required na TPL insurance ang mga motor upon registration? kay if required and then naa TPL insurance ang motor, ang kadtong insurance company sa nag motor man ang magbayad sa damage sa imong car. mao man use sa TPL di ba?

Tanan motor vehicle required gyud ng TPL incase mka banga ka ug tawo, covered ka. PD (Property damage) kato naka banga nimo required mo pa ayo sa imo sakyanan kay apil mana sa iya policy.
Kung wala then imo gyud na tanan.... gastos. e kaso nimo. samot ka langay ug dugay, mamatay nalang ka ang kaso wa pa ka isbug.
