i can do talk here kay im working onlinei can surg while working but i cant roam around while working coz im using my cam and im so monitored by my boss
im like 24/7 here mao na mka ingon ka.. but my work is not easy, bcoz my butt hurts and my back too
i just can stand up if i need to do some call of nature thingy or to eat.. if im working.. sit down jd ko.. else, mabadlong ko.. ma obvious ra te nga im not working, i can get fired...yeah i know its for my own good.. im not dumb or something
really, but i cant sacrifice my work right now...
find a place doul lang sa inyo na safe and fresh air ang imoha ma take in na air. then anha pag jog mga 1 hour tam tam ^_^

1. lessen your sugar intakes (cake, soda, ice cream etc)
2. lower down your carb (from 1cup of rice, try 1/2). - this includes bread
3. take hi fiber foods to replace your rice (e.g. vegies)
4. burning calories would be better, but in order to have long hours effect try working out your muscles; jogging can help but not much as it is only effective up to 1 hrs after jogging.
5. descipline and sacrifices is the key...

ako sis gym ginagmay... nya eat ra ug gutom ug kanang di na jud kaya... lost 6 lbs so far for 2 weeks hehe pero lisod ang 1st 3 days...
