    those are private places... they have a rights to do that... pero kung nasa national road ka or public area malamang walang sisita...
    i have talked with the guard and he said ok lang mag-picture2x basta mga snapshots of a person and not landscape related.

    doon ako pumesto sa terrace ko :d and used my 70-300mm

















    telephoto is also best for landscape

    paps, eventhough privately owned place siya, it is still a public place, coz it's open to the public... some security guards are just so so lang and so paranoid na if ever me taong may malaking mean looking camera and is bringing a tripod eh for terrorism na ang kukuning piktyur... what's usually unfair is pag minsan mga foreigner na ang kumukuha ng piktyur ok lang at hindi sinisita (which is if you think about it baka sila pa ang mga tunay na terrorista) i've seen a lot of this happening dito sa atin... and ito pa isa bakit pag P & S or camera phone ang ginagamit ay ok lang kukuha ng piktyur? what's the difference? hehehehehehe
