Step One:
You need to buy
1. A rotisserie

30 liters Wimpex rotisserie. Bought from Makro at P2999.
2. 21" by 10" Stainless Wire Mesh

You can buy the stainless wire mesh at Hardwarehaus at F. Gonzales St. The 21"x10" wire mesh costs around P250.
Step Two
Fabricate Roasting Drum.
Drum Dimension: 6" diameter, 9" length
You can have your roasting drum fabricated at tinshops in Tabo-an. The fabrication costs around P1500 to P2000. The fabrication already includes the front and back stainless drum cover.

You are now ready to roast your own coffee.
IMPORTANT:
NEVER LEAVE YOUR ROASTER UNATTENDED. YOUR ROASTER COULD SPARK A FIRE IF YOU OVER ROAST YOUR COFFEE BEANS.
