acquiring data about water on moon?, i have no doubt of the technology nowadays. its just amazing that i scratch again and again, that 60's technology able us to went there waving that stripes flag, while now were so proud having to finally know that water exist on the moon,. isn't it ironic.you also blame the tax payers and interest. lol . and who's interest particularly you r saying huh?

before we went to the , already know that there is water there.

but it was only on the nex 40yrs , before we make actions to really prove it.

i think maybe, there's no need to rush on that , since there are priorities.

a lot of NASA etch mission are taken place.

The moon has a neligible atmosphere (less than one hundred trillionth the density of the Earth's atmosphere at sea level). So for all practical purposes, the moon DOES NOT have an atmosphere.
