    unsa man sad dri cebu wui.. hastang mahala sa mga fruits (i dont like veggies..eww.. my sister in kansas, tried that salad dressing na veggies, she cried daw) ... dd2 amo bukid punit lang ka ... hahahaha.. well, i guess i could jogging in place? dri lang sa room.. before work? you think its enough mga 30 min

    hip-hop abs teh or taebo para mas challenging. again, instead of cakes, ice creams or anything fast food, try to eat veggies, fruits, food nga wala gi processed like lean meat, chicken breast, egg whites, fish, etc. research nalang pud teh arun mapun-an imong knowledge... remember, knowledge is power.... aaahhhyyyy!!! kadaku savitin!!!

    pwede sad sis palit u jumping rope..dha rka sa room u and eat a food dat contains fiber, nka suway nman diay u pearl white..try balik enum ato
    sa akg nahibaw-an mas maau hot tea emu mnun..and yaw nsd palabi kaon(rice hate it!)hehe mas maau kaon u more on protien but not fatty like fried chkn make a havit eat a healthy food kahbw nmn gle ka anah hekhek...goodluck!^^
