Im using glutein which is similar to optein kay naay lutein....Gi-resita man gud ni Dr. Yong nako when nagpacheck-up ko ako eyes...I haven't tried using optein..mahal man to resita ni Dr. Yong Larazabal oi...ill try optein if it is as effective as glutein...

NO. It's not true. As an optometrist, it's not true. Lutein is only a supplement. It CANNOT CURE THE PROBLEM IN YOUR EYES.

.. look: here are the three factors that can give you good vision:

- integrity of your optical medias ( your cornea, crystalline lens )
- integrity of your eyes external muscles
- integrity of your retina


.. and there are countless problems for each of those three that can lead to degradation of vision. And Optein claiming that they can "cure" ??

.. please guys, i really hate false advertising. i'm laying my license here - DON'T BUY OPTEIN. IT CAN'T CURE YOUR EYES.

.. eating vegetables is enough for natural eye supplements. don't waste your money.
