    Default This is too much. any recommendation how to reduce?


    Im talking about being fat..

    we'll, getting slim is not really on my list.. but yesterday, my grade school teachers found me in FB( Facebook) and there i watched their latest pics, and OH MY GOD... my teacher that I havent seen more or less 10 yrs has an ABS... she's so freaking hot and sexy and she have 3 kids already (teenagers)... and me? im 22 , single, no bf, working.. and FAT...

    so here it is, im gaining a lot ever since ive worked, i think its bcoz im a coached potato in my work, i sit for the whole time i work, and just stand up just bcoz of bladder break or to eat.. so now, my tummy/belly is getting bigger than before..i look like a pregnant woman..

    now, im asking you guys that if there is anything you can recommend to me who's a workaholic (worked at least 8 hrs upto 10 hrs mon-sat)... FAT... no time to go to gym (coz i know most of you would recommend for me to to a gym)...jogging (that would be 30 min. to get dress + 30 min. to jog = lack of sleep and undertime)... im free on sundays but usually i get relaxed like massage or go out or cleaning the house (coz im at home for the whole time, ahhh.. im homebased worker) ... so watcha think i should do to shave off this?

    that's too bad sister. you're only 22 and you're letting yourself go already? try to avoid sweets or anything carbs. kung ganahan jud ka, fix your diet first like eating boiled kamote or any veggie instead of ice cream or cake, etc. nya protein from chicken, egg, fish, beef, etc.

    if you're really willing to sacrifice, the lesser nga timpla (like salt and msg) the better your chances of shaving off that fat.

    tan-a lang si fafi ravelcop... graveh na siyag lawas, as in jud mga ititch!

    it doesn't hurt to exercise like walking. i'm sure you can find ways kung ganahan jud ka. sayang kaayo wafa ra ba ka pareha nako!

    hahahaha.... mao2x.. gwapa ra kung mo piyong ang mga tao sa ako sis.. si kinsa to sis? taga istorya na xa? unsa iya istorya name? ahak lagi wui, paet kaau.... lainan na gani ko tan-aw ako self sauna kay murag madala2x pa man... karn di na jud wui..haha...

    hadlok man i-lakaw2x diri sa amoa gud kay sa likod amo balay kay naay mga tambay nga mga laki, kapila nko nila ana gi tawag2x.. tapos dri sa atubangan kay mingaw sad kaau, murag mahadlok ka ug agi labaw na ngit2x basin kalit lang ka dagiton... and lubak2x ang dalan..hahaha..

    u think its better if mag gym?

    oo sis it's better nga mag gym ka. ako ni gain pod kog weight pero pagbalik nako ug gym ni lose na pod kog balik. just stick to the program sa imo gym instructor unya less food intake. drink plenty of water para dili ka gutmon pirmi and instead of junk foods more on fruits and vegies kan-a. i lost 20lbs na and sis wala pay 1 year. na descipline na pod nako ako self, dali na kaau q mabusog karon compared before. watch anang show nga The Biggest Loser to get some ideas on how to do it.

    it will convert ur fats into energy, so it's no harm..and trigger ur mind that ur full..so u'l eat less..

    sometimes sis you have to make certain sacrifices to look good like do exercises and diet. you said you have a very hectic sched but think about your body image too and more importanly your health. saun man padato ta sige ug work pero magkasakit sad ta di ba?

    anything too much will do you no good..

    hehehe....so..cut down on carbs...fats...and go high with fiber...

    hehe..trust me...foods that are high in dietary fiber can keep you full the whole day...

    well not really but for the most part of the day...

    hehe..in addition to that it helps you move your bowel too...

    hehehe..sauna ngpadaot ko...kai pinya rmn akoa kinaon ug sweet corn...den gamay na rice...dghan na protein...like meat hehe...

    excercise lang tamsee. ako mag gym man ko tas every afternoon mag jog ko abellana. if gusto ka kuog ta ^_^

    tamte: atleast, aware ka sa imo figure... i mean, kabalo ka na lain naka tan.awon bha.. best jud ana kay mag.gym ka.. aerobics kay maau na pataas sa hangin ang burn sa fats, sakto sad tong ni suggest nga ayaw palabi anang mga sweets.. dapat jud ka mo sacrifice ana, kana kung nahan jud ka na mo gamay... ^_^ maanad ra nya lage ka ana kung imo na buhaton daily.. ^_^
