1st layer (white layer)
1 cup water
2 sachets of knox gelatin
1 big can of condensed milk
1 big nestle cream

2nd layer (brown layer)
1 cup water
2 sachets of knox gelatin
1 big evaporated milk
1 cup cocoa
1 cup refined sugar

1st layer: mix all ingredients and cook over low fire. place in a mold (let it cool)
2nd layer: mix all ingredients and cook over low fire. pour over 1st layer

(before you poor the 2nd layer make sure that the 1st layer is already cold and hard enough or else everything will mix)

let cool and remove from mold. you can serve it with chocolate syrup

enjoy...

the process of making this is actually trial and error
