Someone has forgotten that console makers depend on the products and talents of the game developers. Piracy is a threat to that and if it grows a lot, it will kill game development and benefit the criminals (and the cheapskates).

Without games and other digital content, the consoles would end.

It is only right to fight piracy and strengthen legitimate enterprise.

but in reality it's still theft. like us photographers. people get our pictures
from the net and use it in their publications. what we're robbed of is the
monetary sale for the use of the photo.

software is software... but there is also the license to use which you're paying for.

I agree though that sometimes the price tag is a bit overblown.

PhP 30,000 for photoshop?!!! long live the gimp!
