It works for me at least. It's just like knowing the person beforehand. Magkita ra btaw eventually. You could somehow evaluate kung magkita na mo face-to-face if the person you knew on the net really have the qualities he/she told you.

Bsan unsa pwede nimo isulti n a net. N my point of view & n my experience courting over d net s a past time only, katuwaan lang, palipas oras. Ganun lng ka simple.

But wen it comes to a serious relationship, let say a lifetime partner I'l prefer old ways. Conservative kasi ako pagdating sa ganyan, & I prefer conservative girl 4 wen it comes to that.
