    Default Diet Plan while on work out


    Hello mga pipz,

    I just started a gym this month and mag 1 month nako by 1st week sa jan... But ask lang tako sa inyo tips kung unsay maau na diet plan while i'm doing the work out. Gusto lang nako na mo shape lagn ako lawas kay wala paman gud. pero so far oki man ako pag gym. I just need suggestions lang sa inyo regarding the diet plan kay medyo dako2x naman pud ako tummy gud. hehe. bilbilon pa heheh.. kay dali raman modako ako tiyan samot na mahinayak sahay ug kaon ug tagay usahay.. heheh.. pero nag control gud ko..

    sauna bro kaon og daghan mongos
    kaon og daghan saging
    eggwhite kafuyan naman kog luto gud so raw nalang akong imnum
    hasta lean meat or more on protein

    ang last bro disiplina og hunahunaa na dli na pa sexy imoha workout
    ka kay para mo good health layo2x sa mga sakit2x

    but can you explain each kung unsay ma benefits ana mga klase sa foods/

    sa saging and egg white i know na about ani... pero y man monggos? para asa?

    I know bro it's not para ma sexy ka.. I just want to be physically fit. mao ung ako ask is atleast kana maau na makaon

    murag common jud ng chicken breast ug steak bro...I'm not an expert just heard it from my cozns ky ng.gym sd to cla..hehe

    ay nlang pag dinner just prepare 2 eggwyts and milo katong for adults sachet nlang nya nya ishake heavy meal k s breakfast and
