the ones i've tried, all of which proved to be effective in shedding off a few pounds: (not very healthy... )
- drink a glass of water at least 30minutes before meals.
- a ciggy before eating
- avoid eating after 8pm, or about 3-5 hours prior to sleeping
- have a light breakfast followed by a big lunch and just crackers for dinner
- avoid rice and oily foods (go for grilled meats)
- consume your food slowly
- try eating with chopsticks
- in a buffet, just get tiny servings of everything; don't deprive yourself, but control yourself
~ speaking from experience. i'm 5'4", 112lbs. a friend told me i'm underweight. hehehe
