i have notice uban cellphone units naay NTC sticker and ang uban pud walai NTC sticker.. unsa mai naka deperenxa ana? nsa man pud nang NTC sticker,, if ang cellphone unit walai NTC sticker does it mean dili orig..? Curious lang ko.. thanks.

Ang cellphones na imported or gipalit sa gawas sa philippines unya gipadala lang diri... WALA nay NTC logo.

That is because, registered sa NTC ang mga phones na gidistribute sa philippines. Ang mga gikan sa gawas or gipapalit sa gawas kay wala ra nay NTC logo kay wala na siya ma register sa NTC. Whether there is or there is no NTC logo, this does note determine the ORIGINALITY of the phone from the manufacturer.

Kaso nga lang... mangita ug NTC logo ang mga lhuiller's out there. try mu sa prime-asia if imung i-prenda ang cellphone, kay i think mudawat sila ug walay NTC logo's. mudawat man gani sila ug phase-out models. balita sad naku dako daw sila ug price value sa mga phones.

ang tanang cellphone nga ibaligya sa tindahan mandatory gyud na nga palukatan ug sticker sa NTC, kaso ang uban like china phone dili mana pwede i acknowledge sa NTC kay puro mana imitation product sa mga branded. ang ubang branded nga walay NTC is an option rana sa mga tindahan nga wala nila lukati ug NTC STICKER kay musamot naman kamahal ang unit. mao ng dunay kalainan sa presyo ang naay sticker ug walay sticker..

dili nagpasabot nga kon walay sticker ang branded nga unit segunda mano..
kon ikaw pa siguro ang nag negosyo ana bro makasabot raka ana nga system... kay kon pananglit ang n70 P9500.00(naay sticker) unya versus n70 P6730.00 (walay sticker) asa man ka mo prepare ana kon ang imo kwarta igo-igo ra o gadaginot ka? diba adto ka sa barato..

if naa NTC sticker it means napalit na ang phone from it's authorized distributor, if wala illegal ang pag distribute sa phone like immitations. naa pud original phone but wala NTC sticker, it is because wala nibayad tax ang distributor.

actually all products purchased from authorized distributor (from factory) is wala pa gyud nay NTC permit pero naa nang tax inig purchased. ikaw pay mo apply ana for legalization. all cellshops here including the big name cellshop is not the distributor but Reseller nana.

pero sa mandatory nga gihatag sa NTC, wala man say balaod nga ma priso ang nagbaligya kon walay sticker. then ikaduha mahimo nga illegal ang namaligya kon walay business permit.

pero kani nga sitwasyon lisod maka control ang NTC ani kon walay balaod maduso sa kongreso..
