    share pud ko. sa ako company kay if holidays. ila e change imo D.O and I signed a contract nga fix D.O on a certain day. Maka lagot kaayo. for ex. sunday off ka. nga holiday ining wed. They're going to change your D.O ... I don't know if this is legal. its been always like this if naay holiday

    even if it's in the contract that you signed, it should also abide by the labor code. even if it's in your contract, it can be questioned and can be overruled by the court. that is based on my own experience with my previous company. if you feel like the company is taking advantage of you, then by all means consult a lawyer. pwede mo muadto sa cityhall, naa mga lawyers didto who offers pro bono consultation. or dretso nlng mo sa labor dapit sa chong hua. trust me, they take the workers' side (as long as insakto lng pud mo).

    Kakita sad ko ug lalis about aning mandatory. Ako jud gitubag nga "Walay magbuot nako ug dili ko mo duty, kong hatagan ko ug AWOL, permahan nako na"

    Dili sa ingon nga wala ko nag need ug money, straight ko ug duty nya 1 ra jud akong day off sulod sa usa ka bulan nya pag report-ton pajud ko kay wala daw lain makamao sa akong work.

    Kalooy sa Diyos, wala na jud magsamok nako basta day off kay kabalo naman sila nga dili ko madala nila ug hulga.

    I don't think mandatory work is legal where ever you look.

    I haven't had a good look at the labor code but I think I remember the code pointing out that a company or entity cannot force their employees to work on their rest days except if they do the work voluntarily (RD o.t)

    You guys should file a class suit against this company. Hopefully, this form of repression will not continue in the future.

    Illegal na as per labor law, sa term lang daan nga mandatory, pero puwede man moreklamo pero naa lagi nay repercussions..............
