Naka partition ka? If naka partition, its posible nga mo balik gihapon ang virus.

Ang maayo nimo buhaton is remove the HD and mount it to another PC nga naay antivirus, then Scan your Drive.

Karon bag.o lang pud ko nag scan ug lain HD sa GF nako super infected dyud, same as your problem di maka internet and everything is useless.

i think naa sa router nimo ang problem bro basin na block ang port 80 ana, try to reset your router bro duda ko mao rana naka cause sa problem.

when you say format, did you actually format ALL of your drives/partitions or only the one with the OS?

Yes, ako re-partition then reformat tanan drives

Pag install nimo sa OS, successful/failed? If failed, possibly guba imong installer or CD-ROM/DVD ROM drive.

Re-install NIC driver

IP configuration and DNS, set to default.

Be sure nakasalpak ug tarong ang RJ45 sa imong router/switch

Yep, ako gi mount sa lain nga PC ang infected HDD and naa na detect ug na delete nga mga virus, trojan, tracing cookie, misleading application.. pero pag re mount nako, same di gihapon maka browse pero the ping was good

I've tried:
-hard reset the modem (tiny button, factory reset) and directly connect to the PC
-Re-Config Router
