i usually buy this milk like a week before expected delivery para supplement nila.
when the bitch gave birth, wa niya pa-dede-ha ang puppies so i opened this can (500mg), and nagamit wa gyud ka 1/4 sa measuring cup naa sa sud sa can.

then sayangan man ko na di magamit coz i wont be here entire next year then wa koi masaligan..
