    mao sad lagi na kung mag diet2x ko kay di madala gutomon dayon ko... mao nang bisag 3x a day ra ko mo kaon ma 4 frequent meals na noon...

    ayaw ug diet bro. ayaw sad skip ug meals. instead of 3 full meals, himoa nga 5 or 6 small meals para dali ug paspas ang digestion. drink more liquid.
