For me I just plug it in directly to the outlet. My PSU has overvoltage protection and Overcurrent protection.
VA = volt ampere = watts = power
kung mo ingon ta ug:
750 watts. = mao na iya max capacity/output
dili ma gamit ang full power sa imo 750 watts PSU kung 550watts imo AVR
Electrical outlet ------ 550watts AVR ---550watts ra iya ma pa gawas nga power
AVR >>>>>550watts rai mo sud sa imo PSU
simplify...
power out is equal or lesser than power in
from what i can remember,
avr = boom, if cpu wants more than 500va.
i think mu butu ra ang fuse or mag off ang avr because of overload or overcurrent
if it does not, then your computer only draws less than 500va.
so the question
>>Would my 550VA voltage regulator able to handle my 750 watts PSU?
as long ass it's drawing less than 500va yes.
>>Or it does not matter?
hmm... Yes. i think so, now that you are aware, have some extra fuses around?
kung malas lang, goodbye AVR.
