yup this is true some psu have its own regulator inside and it can detect kung high or low voltage ang supply aron automatically ma adjust niya ang output

from what i can remember,

avr = boom, if cpu wants more than 500va.

i think mu butu ra ang fuse or mag off ang avr because of overload or overcurrent

if it does not, then your computer only draws less than 500va.
