sir, d man gyd na mag ka parehas kay one thing i know about ITR sobra ramn na sa imo tax na wala na remit.. para ma compute ang imo taxes, naa man tax table gi tanaw ang accounting and depending sa imong gross taxable income, ma classify ka in to different income brackets.. diha based ang imong deductions, (wtx)
since naa naman ka basic salary, pre computed na ang taxes for each year but because of night diff, OT, and other taxable allowances, usually naa jud na sobra. but there are times na imong income ni dako na ug maau na belong naka sa next higher income bracket nya ang taxes na deductable sa imo ma kulang na hinuon. so there's a possibility na ma payable na nuon ka instead of mag expect kag return.. at the end of the year, accounting will issue BIR FORM 2316 stating the liquidation of your income and your taxes, and income tax return if naa.. or if wala.. naa na note na payable ka ug certain amount and then that amount will be deducted sa imong mga next salary through installment basis.. for more info about how to compute taxes, there's a tax table sa Sykes Cafe webpage that can be accessed through the sharepoint homepage...
or better yet, you always have the right to ask for an explanation of your taxes from accounting
