1) Click on the image
2) Just above the image naay list of options, click on "All Sizes"
3) Select unsa size imo gusto makit-an, preferably kanang widest side @500
4) Scroll down
5) Copy the contents inside "2. Grab the photo's URL:"
6) Then paste sa message boards, don't forget to add the img code

Actually this is only partially correct. Flickr's guidelines specify that if you post a Flickr photo on an external website, the photo must link back to its photo page.
Do it this way:

[%img]http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2644/4149891281_da33f38814_m.jpg[/img]
[/url]
Remove the "%" in "[%url" and "[%img]", when doing the actual posts. I just put them there so that the code can be shown.
