The first time I went to bubble tea I gave it a ten kay lami ang food and the bubble tea which we ordered were really great.. Lami and nice kaayo ug presentation ang ila food and drinks.. plus the place is superb! So i decided we just go back there sometime..

the last time we went there, nausab man ang bubble tea -- not like the first time but ok ra kay nindot man sad ang place videoke2x mi and then we played UNO and cards.. ---- i even have my card na pun-on bitaw ug sticker for every purchase of bubble tea to get a free bubble tea on your 10th purchase man cguro to..... mapuno na unta to ako card the last time we bought drinks there pero nahutdan sila ug sticker.. sayang =( and yah, dugay sad ma serve ila food, almost one hour.

Ganahan ko ngadto, i really like the place.. I hope ila iimprove ila food waiting time and constant quality and taste sa bubble tea aron perfect na jud ang set-up!!

Directions: Coming from SM on main reclamation road.... you have to pass CDU building and Toyata, when you reach Parkmall make a u-turn then head back in the direction to SM... you'll see a Shell Station on the right and it's in the building after. You'll see a big sign "Chiyo" japanese resto. Bubble Bee Tea House is on the bottom floor.

The place is very nice especially the 2nd floor. Great place to chill with friends.

I tried the Taro Milk Tea and it was amazing. You can really taste the tea. I like it better than Quickly.

Unfortunately, the food is another story. My friend ordered the Chicken Wings which is pretty simple to make and it took an hour! Many times she complained and even wanted her money back but the cashier kept saying the order was coming out. Seemed like the owner/manager was right next to cashier and didn't even bother to explain or apologize. After an hour of waiting it finally came out and it wasn't even good.

I'd go back for the milk tea but NEVER for the food.

Owners need to retrain staff on customer service and maybe themselves as well.
