of course we do. the company isn't hiding it. you're free to ask upper management if you want.
they've given several announcements about it and they've announced why they bought the shares...
someone from upper SITC management, which we thought resigned was actually relocated to ICT. it was puzzling but when they announced the new aquisition, it all fell in to place

check the sharepoint homepage. info about the aquisition (not likely merger) is or was on it. i haven't checked lately though.

october pa cla dpat gp-signan ug regularization papers (ngstart cla april so obviously 6months na dba!). ng-december nlng, wa gihapon. niduol na gani sa HR ngano wa pa cla gp-sign, ingon ang HR na technically regular na cla pro wa pa lng ang papers... nangahawa na october pa lng ang mga wa kapasar sa reg..

as per HR, 12midnight after your exact 6th month date and you're still plotted in the staffing, regular na ka with or without papers. even if wala kapasar imong metrics nya wala lang na process sa imong TL imong EOC, ma regular jud ka. as long as complete imong employment requirements, all your kulang na pay will be retro'd just in case
