Pwede man mag butang ug DIY dri diba? Well this is the box thats going into the car for tomorrow's EB. Gidali2x pero ok ra. Hehe...

Bought a lazy susan from the hardware store(Belmont tool shop)and attached it to a piece of scrap plywood. More on this later...

Made a cut sheet. Had to determine angles and took into account thickness. Was able to utilize high school geometry to determine hypotenuse and how to determine the angles for the box.

For the sides, I used a trick I learned from Youtube.com where you set a piece of scrap wood the sides against the rip fence of the table saw and stick the wood to line up the angled side with the side square on to the rip fence. You can also use this trick with a circular saw.

Here are all the pieces to be mocked up.

To minimize the chance of air leaks and to maximize the structural integrity of the box, the whole box must stand on its own without the aid of nails or glue.

The lazy susan is what I'll use to screw and glue the whole box together. You can rotate the box with ease. This is especially useful if you're building a big box!

I lost the mounting template so this is how I got the mounting diameter of the woofer.
I hope mahuman na ni ugma. Mag wiring pa ko sa amp.
Peace all!
