Hi minyang, regarding ur question i asked a lawyer friend. sorry but you cannot file a case against your father even in the behalf of your mother. the only thing you can complain about if wla sya nag support ninyo is regarding support sa inyo mga kids. pero aside from that, wa jud ka ma hems ana except ur mama lang.
