    ka experience pud kog lain aning JUNREX especially sa SM.. kusog kaau sila mo discriminate labi na if mu ask ask lang ka ug item.. d ka hapit pasinon sa ilang tindera..

    if gamay ra tngali pud ang value sa imong paliton.. taga-an ra pud ka nilag gamay nga customer service.. mao ra akong na bantayan.. kusog mu discriminate.. if dako2x nga value ang gadget imong paliton nila.. tagaan ka nilag special treatment.. if gamay2x ra.. gamay ug lugos ka nila atubangon gani..

    i stayed away from Junrex SM when i had the same bad experience before. I had a motorola V3x bought in Manila and just before the 1 year warranty ended, my phone broke (never been dropped, wet, whatsoever) and since i've found out that Junrex SM is a Motorola Accredited repair shop, i went there to have my phone fix, but they would not acknowledge my warranty. Just to get away of those doubtfuls and blah blah nonsense questioning, they asked me to pay 800 pesos to repair the flex, and so i paid just to get things done. And true enough, my phone was fixed in no time, in just about an hour plus i got a 7day warranty for my phone (yeeeey!! not!) But just three days after, it got busted again, so i went there to have it repaired, goodthing they repaired it with no extra cost at all. and so i was happy with my phone for the last 7 days after it had been repaired again...and got nervous after the 7th day coz i know the warranty will end.. less than 2 weeks ( 10 days) after the 2nd repair, phone got broke, i swear i didn't do anything, and was careful since i know what'll happen. brought it back to Junrex, and they won't make the repair nah. crap! it's like they've programmed the phone to get broken after the 7th day warranty! wth! and now they're asking to pay AGAIN!? no!! so i brought my phone to somebody else and had it fixed, almost a year now it's still alive. i gave it to my sister, since i have my Nokia 5530 xpressmusic now (NOT from Junrex. hahaha!) JUNREX S|_|CKS!

    when you have problems with any products that you brought on a mall like ayala or SM , pwede kmo ka reklamo sa admin sa mall then sila na makiistorya sa ila tenant ky they have the right pasira anang store, ky naa na sila policies sa bad services sa ila tenant

    lamat sa info bro..rejected nana naq ang junrex qng mao man d i na..report na dewretso..ingna ang mga tindera qng dli sila kahatag tarong service kay imo nalang ereport then atobang nalang sa DTI

    bisan pa unsa kdako sa company f dli nla hatagan ug importance ang pgseminar or train ila sales person of what good customer service is all about..bati jud ila customer service
    ang kana lang ka hassle and time pgbalik nmo sa ila store and wala pa judka assurance bout sa imo querries..ngpasabot jdna nga poor au sla ug customer service..
    advice nko ana mga owner ug retail businesses..
    try mo observe sa RUSTANS or MARKS & SPENCER bout unsaon mo pg,assist..
    makabalo jdmo unsa ka superior ila customer service compare sa uban..
    kay bsan pa yagit au ka kay dli jdka nla i degrade bsan mga hi-end stores na sla..
    dli pareha anang uban nga f maot ka ug postura kay dli ka timbayahon..

    naa sad ko experience sa JUNREX SM..nagpaau ko sa ako fon nga n6260 adto..busy ko mao ako ra gpadala sa ako mama ang unit didto sa JUNREX SM..then pag.uli sa ako mama kay sim nlng ang nauli sa ako..so ang akong memory card nga 1g kay nhabilin sa unit..ilisanan man daw ug flex ingon nila, then nag.order na daw..2weeks nlng ang nilabay, wla pa knu ghapon naabot ang flex..so, ako nlng gkuha ang unit kay wla nako plano mpadaun sa ila..but pagdawat nako sa fon kay wla na ang memory card..ako g.ask ang teller, but ingon cya nga e.uli gyud knu nila ang sim ug memory card..ahayz..wla nlng sad nako gpataas ang istorya kay kapuy na..lisud man sad kay ako man mama ang nagdala sa unit adto..and i know kung tagsa.tagsaon nako ila tech adto kay wla gyud mtug.an kung kinsa ang nagkuha..didto nlng nako gpaau sa nokia service center ako fon..
