Si Mr. Ted, his really cool. hehe. I'm just worried sa pag attendance, kay daghan ang process which is manual, ok ra? but I think they just did this for transparency, but there's still a possibility na di e approve sa imong TL, right?

Just got an update diay....for those people or agents who will resign or has resigned....

Starting Nov. 1, 2009, if you resigned within the Day 1-15th or 16-30th, you need to come back a month after to process your clearance personally. By then, H.R. will inform you when the last pay will be released....mao na akong nadunggan karon... Don't know gyud kung pila na ka months mu abot or ma release, but that's the update I got from them (H.R.).

Example, if you resigned last Nov. 18, 2009, balik ka mga Dec. 18 to process your clearance. And before you resign, make sure you get the papers from your TL or manager such as Clearance form and other stuff na dapat pa sign-an. Make sure you also surrender your ATM, Company ID, Medicard and other company properties (such as Palm devices and the like). Hope this would clarify things about the last pay...
