Kinsay naka try na ug exchange ug defective device sa Junrex SM? I have a really hard time with them. this is what happened. I bought an Mp3 player from them, i asked if we could test it before I buy it, they gave me a really lousy advice that we dont have a computer that we for it. I said okay since it has 7 days warranty. when going home, the device doesn't work. something to do with its firmware being corrupted. I returned the device, they said "we dont have the exact model but we have something similar but you''ll need to add P100. I said okay, since they say it would renew the 7 days warranty. Upon going home, I checked, the replacement they gave me doesn't have an USB cable and memory card. After 2 days, I went back to the store, I asked about it.. here comes the stupidest line I've ever heard. "Sir, only selected models have a usb cable, and the memory card isn't included".. I was thinking, WTF! So you mean to say I paid a P100 more for something that is inferior to the first device I chose..
But the story doesn't end there. Ask yourself, how can you sell an Mp3 player that doesn't include a USB cable.. its like selling a bnew phone without a charger. that's just freaking lame. So i checked with their Junrex ayala instead if they have the same device for sale.. then sure enough! it includes a usb cable. NOT ONLY THAT THE ARE NOT ABLE TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE DEVICE UPON WAITING FOR 1 WEEK, THEY EVEN LIED IN MY FACE.
Worst thing about this, they said that warranty is only for a replacements for refunds whatsoever. They agreed to replace it again, but we have to wait for new stocks, and no info on when its going to arrive. we just heard the same bu_llsh!t story that just go back to the store every end of the week. WTF!
If someone knows the owner of this store. pls forward this to him/her. Would appreciate the help.
