@all: Saw some compiled comic books under the titles Forge and Edge at National, SM.Â* P 150 each.Â* I think each TPB features different comic books that continue in succeeding volumes.Â* The artwork is okay.Â* I didn't buy any because I'm not familiar with the storylines in the TPBs.
See: http://www.sequentialtart.com/archiv...t_0202_5.shtml
@all: Although I recommend the excellent art work in the Forge and Edge TPBs, I just found out that CrossGen is already closed for business.

Q: Huh? Disney? What happened to CrossGen?
A: There have been several analyses on this topic as to why, but the end result was that the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 18, 2004 with a debt in excess of $3.4 million. Over $30,000 of that debt was owed to unpaid creators. Cal Publishing, an indirect subsidiary of Disney, purchased the company assets for $1 million on October 5, 2004, due to their interest in Abadazad.
Q: What about the comics? Will we ever get to read the rest of the stories?
A: Unfortunately, probably not. <cmontoya...visit site for more>
Sayanga no?

Greg Land (Ultimate Fantastic Four) and Jim Cheung (Young Avengers), use to work for CrossGen. Land had Sojourn, and I forgot which one was Cheung's.
I saw the complete CrossGen as "a heavy rain." The "volume" is too large for my DU. Pity I can't get just CrossGen Illustrated dot sea bee zee. Amazon resellers sell it but do not ship to the Philippines only to selected countries. Sigh...
