remember bro, as stated in Nursing Jurisprudence:

Any person practicing his/her profession, without the license issed by the PRC is a violation of the Nurse Practice Act.

bisan gi cater pa na sa school ang kanang tawhana, the school, and himself will be held liable of it.
even though it's their prerogative, gi state man gyud na sa law na dapat na.a kai license in order to practise your profession.
