torrent problem
i think i know from which university you're from hehe. it's blocked by your i.t. administrator so the only way you can use your torrent downloader is to ask for privileged access from her / him. try looking for the file you want in on-line storage sites like rapidshare. your i.t. may not have blocked them yet. good luck!
