Yongnuo ako gamit karon, if imo purpose is to fill light sa imo subject then ok na kaayo ni nga flash barato pa jud but expect lang pod that dili ni mo-last for a lifetime nga flash ky you know china =) Kani ako gipili nga flash compared sa nissin noddles/sigma/sunpak is bec. price for the flash + wireless trigger ani is less than any of those 3 models I've mentioned then it will serve the same purpose I wanted to flash to do and that is to fill some light. Ang kanang vivitar ky wala koy nakit-an sa una mao wala ko nkapalit, kani pod unta ako choice aside sa yongnuo.

OT: unsaon pag kahibaw kung for canon or nikon ang external flash? naa bana ilahanan? kay naka palit ko sigma 2nd hand hinoon dili man mo function sa ako canon kanang murag zoom2 niya wala sad ko my try sa nikon na cam kay wala ko ma suwayan.

Nissin nindot xa pero dili magamit off-cam unless bulikaton ug modify.

I got the Vivitar 283 nga maoy gipang gamit sa mga higalang natong strobist diri.. Happy with it so far. hehe

tag pila ni usually ang vivitar bro? asa kaha ta kakuha ini sa cebu?

D40 user pud ko. got a Nissin Di622. currently in manila para upgrade sa firmware para magamit ug off-cam. practice2x papud ko. sulit ra baya ang Nissin. around P7000-7500

i dunno if sakto pero ingon sila same power radaw sa SB600. mas choy unta kung SB600 jud, pero unsaon maning igo2x rajud ang kwarta. hehehe.

pero for Nikon pa ang firmware upgrade. wala pa daw for Canon version.

dili diay pwede ma off cam ang nissin? naa off cam lagi kang dlanyer77 pag strobist namo.. silbi gi pa detect lang sa flash.. unsa diay pasabot ining off cam, ma control dyud sa cls sa nikon bro? hmmm, nindot ni da.

if kaya sa budget, go for the originals, i think 580exII (canon) or SB900 (nikon) ... but if slightly tight and budget but you want high powered and feature rich flash, i suggest buy the new Nissin Di866 (mas higher guide number than 580exII and SB900 if im not mistaken). But if grabe gyud ka tight ang budget, naa man cheaper alternatives ang sunpak, nissin, sigma, etc.

@chipmunk, i think iya pasabot sa offcam with firmware upgrade is that and Nissin Di622 can be triggered by radio triggers like flashwave, pt-04, ctr301p, etc. I agree, i used to own a Nissin Di622 before, pwede siya ma triggered offcam using your camera's builtin flash via optical TTL.

Oi! ngita naman flash si shoeboy... hehehehe... I dont know about third party primary flashes though but for secondary.... I would recommend vivitar 285's.. murag 5-6k sa Manila... and malingaw naka sa 285's
