discrimination against long hairs? what is your stand on that sir?
it is the discretion of the company and what kind of industry you are applying for... like for example apply ka sa banks i am sure they wouldnt allow long hairs coz clean cut jud na.. and frontliner bya na mostly ang position nga ila gi pangita like tellers, NA diba but even sa support group clean cut jud na!
but for call centers ok ra like xlib naa koy na kit-an nga long hair . then some are having lots of tatoo so ok ra... depende ra jud na sa company if they will or will not allow to have employees having long hair...

if you already resigned and wala na jud ka totally sa ilaha they cannot hold your certification just because naa silay ipa apas nga work sa imoha ...

ingna nga why mo trabaho paman ka ana and beside your just there to get your certification and if dili jud nila i release then ingna "mam/sir if dili ninyo i release akong certification mo dangop ko sa LABOR... ma kugang na sila ... (kana kung wala kay sala na buhat sa ilaha para dili ka ma bali)
