Bai, if niwangun ka nah tao nah bisig unsa.on nimo pag kaon dili ka mo dako then you need a gym big time! and try to eat every 3-4 hours a day nah meat, veggies, and rice. But if sakto-sakto lang ka nah mo tambok sad ug mag pataka ug kaon pero gamay lang ka in terms of muscle then just go to the gym and hit the weights 4 to 5 times a week. Supplements do help speed up the muscle growth but you need to sweat it out with them weights. Did you say ganahan ka mo dako nah muscle lang and no fats? IMPOSSIBLE nah bai unless nag magicroid ka hahaha. Para dili mas daghan ang tambok just do cardio then watch what you eat sad.

@ dansoi_1234: Bai, go to the gym lang and ayaw ug ka ulaw kay dili nah dapat ikaulaw. Honestly, wala may mamantay ug mga niwang nah tao sa gym.. mas tan.awunon ang mga muscular people kay people in the gym are more interested to see what workouts they do but sa mga niwang ma himo ranah sila transparent hehehe so no worries. One's you start working out try to eat every 3 to 4 hours from breakfast to your last 5 or 6th meal of the day. Eat lots of rice (carbo para energy) and meats like chicken breast (for protein) and beef (for creatine) and of course veggies and fruits (for some fibers). Take supplements like amino acids and creatine more than protein shakes when your trying to bulk-up and "most importantly think of in terms of YEARS NOT MONTHS when working out." If your patient enough then you'll see results in time. Regarding sa gym if naa bah special class for daot, tambok or sexy? NO such thing bai haha and what gym you should go to? depending on your budget na ang maka tobag anah hehe.. best thing to find out what gym suits you the most is to go to as many gym as possible and ask for a free trial session then you should be able to choose which gym you wanna stick with.
