    @kenshee

    Thank you for the insignts. I do agree on a single point and that is "help the people get a better road".

    Maybe we can put it on a simple computation. Please correct me if I'm wrong with these values.

    Villar's Own Pocket
    - Assuming Villar give his LOT for these roads. (As per his spokesperson, "govt didn't pay yet". Thus they charged govt for this-- Let us put in mind that FREE and CREDIT are two different thing) .
    - What is the value of the LOT before those roads were created? And what is the market value of those property now? I don't need figures but it's definitely soaring high. Even if these lots are given for free, knowing Villar's mighty, abundance, and boatload knowledge in "business" it simply implies that it's part of his expenses.

    Now let's define (a) personal interest and (b) government/public interest.
    - Using people's taxes to build road on your property? a or b?
    - Spending the people's taxes on such projects knowing how poor the economy is and how huge Ph debt? a or b?
    - Telling the people (on National television with big confidence) that he has 2 subdivisions ONLY and ABS-CBN found out a whopping 23 subdivisions? a or b?
    - Being president of the Philippines is for? a or b?

    Only if and only if Villar did this. Then it's a totally different story.
    1. Donated his lot
    2. Use his own (iya, company, inherited, iyang family...) money to construct the "twirling" road.

    Thank you.

    mr. kenshee,

    Please advise Mr. Villar for him to participate in forums and debates. He may lost hundreds if not thousands of votes because of his no show.

    i do understand your grievance over the c5 road... i do understand that the money spent for that project was our taxes...i do understand that the subdivision lot became more saleable but it does not soar that high as u expected bec. their is a zonal value that they have to follow but the lot does become more saleable...hoenstly i get all this long before... but the way i see things the c5 road that u have complain about is used and appreciated also by our fellow filipinos who happen to live in the subdivision and nearby residents/establishments. even w/out villar subdivision on those area eventually people will live their and eventually the gov. would have to built roads para sa tao, that just how it is kay obligation na sa goberno. i am just glad that our money is spent on roads na ato makita ug magamit not on other projects w/c bogus, over price and irrelevant and the money for that project would just go directly to the pocket of the corrupt. if u will tell me that the c5 is over price i have a link that would explain about it if you want, and it is already drop in the senate bec. it is well justified by villar with very little words spoken... to summarize my opinion im just glad that he has a project that is practical and being actually used by the people and i would admit that he had benefited on that.nevertheless our taxes was spent on the road and it did not go to his pocket.ang halin ra sa iya negosyo maoy napunta syempre... we can never ask him to drop everything bec. he wants to be a president.we need his experience and as u have said boatload of knowledge para sa ato economy. i can sense that you are sincere basing on ur question, just want you to know that i am not trying to convince u to vote for villar i am just sharing my opinions why i choose him over the others... being president for is for A and B reason...for me only cory of everyone had the reason na for the people and tingali si emilio aguinaldo...

    No need to elaborate sir, I know ka gets ka sa akong buot pasabot
    with due respect sir,its a matter of principles.how much we value our land, kung kinahanglan paka-matyan so be it... naa rana nato mga filipino ug mga tag-iya sa yuta kung ato ibaligya...dili mana sala sa nipalit sala na sa gabaligya.not unless kung gi-ti-unan na... site an example about villar ayaw sa aboitiz kay two different developers na with two different principles...
