for me lang ha. para lang nako losing weight is a very easy task. kaya nako mag lose ug weight in less than a week. pero ako pud greatest problem is lisud kaayo mag gain ug timbang. i wanna get more fat but it seems lihok kuno kaayo ko according to some people who saw me do things at home. pero murag depende ra jud tingale na or ang ako case ang once in a lifetime nga case.
dugay ra kau ko nagplano mo mag niwang.. hangtud karon wla pa jud ko nakasugod.....waaaaa
sayon ra kaayo as long as you're motivated enough...kng walay motivation lisod jud...dapat you should have a long term goal and you should be consistent in your exercises, diet, program, etc..dili kanang magpaniwang raka tungod ky hapit na summer, coz if mao rana reason, aw mubalik ra ghapon kag kadako after ana...haha..
Lisud ang mag pa daut kung wala kay discipline, yeah, mana ko ana. hehehe. Katong highschool paku mag cge man kog mountain bike sa-una. Daily route nako kung uphil, busay down to ayala heights then lusot sa brgy guba padung talamban. For cross country, mandaue hangtod A-mee. Then suddenly gi undangan naku ang pag bike then after a month pista sa opon. So, lami kaayo ang kaun it turns out.... toink! ne burot na hinuon og samut. Mura nakog papa bear ani...
