okay ra cguro basta naa lang overtime+meal allowance+night diff(kong gabii)

    depende sa nature sa work.

akoa work field technical support. sometimes mo work ko sat and sundays and holidays and mandatory gihapon

basta naa lng pay/double pay etc.

it's paid like, 30% on top ra sa imong pay....

we are thinking lng na it should've been volunteer work. 130% on top of our pay kay it should be considered OT bya. ambot aning among admin oi.

i bet same ta na company! hahaha

ing-ani mn ni, before, volunteer work gyud ni cya dpat.. mga ing-ani na sitwasyon na naay closing projects. we even sign waivers before bsta 7 days straight nka nag-work and paid 130% cz it's considered OT. i mean, y mwork mn ko on rest day if i'll only be paid wat? 250 pesos?

we are planning mn sad to consult dole about this.

there were a lot mn na gpang-isyuhan ug notice.

sayup lng jud ilahang scheduling and i hate it kay kmi ang ghimong scapegoats sa mga a*****!

we'l look up our contract gyud but i think wala jud ni cya naapil. kay it should've been voluntary work not mandatory.

kapait lng pud ky ang mga employees kutob ra yaw2 ug reklamo.. no actions taken!
