    bin there na...and i changed myself without seeking any icon to hold on to. yes, i did. and you can do it too. i did it with faith in myself. i realized nga ako rman d.i ang nagbuhat ani sa'kong kaugalingon. there was no "HE has plans for you" in the first place. akoy naghimo ani, so ako ra say maka usab.

    i just realized one day that its useless to wallow in self pity. "mag cge nlng kag in ani? paila lng gyd ka nga talawan kang dako" i told myself.

    nangita kog outlet nga kpagawsan sa tanan frustrations nko.
    so i went into trimming myself down. i was overweight that time...did cardio and lifting weights
    changed my whole mindset, never to allow negative thoughts to penetrate again.

    from 90 kg+ to 64 kg nlng ron. nd mas dako na akong kompyansa sakong kaugalingon. and many noticed the changes...makes me proud.
    bsta think positive lng, sagda-i nang uban. nagpaila lng na nga nasuya na nimo.

    ug pasuya-a sd cla pag ayo nimo. theres no need to swagger, jst do it in action. nkabantay ra lge na cla
