Thanks for clarifying EarlZ, your previous post seems ambigous thats why I made those comments. Anyway I think you might be right, in this page Sempron on 754 will end at model 3800 (I suspect 3800 is a tentative model to be released depending on market demands) after which Sempron on Manila Core will debut for AM2 platform.

I'm after of the integrated graphic bro, I'm planning to build a silent pc and most of all my budget is not that big. This chipset has the best built-in graphic apdapter in the market aside from ATI's RS480 (will be capable of running games with lower settings, I'm just a casual gamer though) will be using this setup mostly for embedded development/hardware interfacing, the motherboard from Foxconn and Biostar has an extra overclocking features compare to the other brands (cpu voltage, dimm voltage). I'm planning to overclock it once it reach to the point where I need extra clockspeed for other applications, at least I have a headroom for speed in the future.

Yes your right, I guess it wouldn't overclock much like those with separate Graphic adapters, but some of this boards has voltage adjustment on Chipset that might improve the overclocking capability of the board I guess. Thanks for your post bro... I think I'll go with Foxconn 6100 k8m8 (http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/280/9) has excellent overclocking features. Will update you with the results when I get hold of this board.

By the way it is priced 3,800 at Insotech, what do you think bro? It is only 3,400 at RSuncomputers.
