karon ra jud tawn ko kabasa balik ani nga thread... taasa na uy ahak wa pa man to kaabot 20 pages sa una... hoy benchkicker ayaw sige'g reklamo sa imong sweldo, huna2x.a nalang na promote naka nya wa naka magtake ug calls, way labot sa sup call... =)

kabaw ko nga pan-os na ni nga topic pero magkatawa lang ko sa mga reaction sa mga tao bahin sa katong nataktak sa SE... tsk tsk tsk... daghana pontio pilato uy (sa makasabot lang), layo pa man unta ang holy week... hugas kamay ang style na uso ngayon... tsk tsk tsk... wala lang jud nako mapugngan ako kaugalingon nga dili mu comment ato kay dili luoy na gani kaayo ang mga nawagtangan ug trabaho nya ingnon pa jud nimo ug mirisi? grabe in-ana na diay ka brutal ug way kalooy ang mga tao karon... hahay...

katong mga agent nga ga "Ninja Moves", in a way gi pressure to sila sa ilang mga supervisor... STATS STATS STATS, some of those people badly needed to meet the targets... if they don't they'll get fired, and also, (I know this is a major accusation) some supervisors and managers actually condone doing "Ninja Moves", they just don't say it outright to avoid being held responsible...

Clients set unbelievable high targets, if you fail to hit the targets, you'll get fired, if you exceed the targets, you'll get investigated and eventually you'll get fired.

With so much more to say I'll just end this by saying...

Focus on the PEOPLE, just try to think somebody getting fired right before christmas and he has a family to feed, we all have our flaws, we all make mistakes, you yourself are not perfect, don't tell me you have never cheated, or lied... Don't be a freakin` hippocrite. If ever they got fired, maybe they do deserve it, but that doesn't merit anyone condemning them and saying that it serves them right for cheating.
