HR personnels here doesnt know what they are doing, for amost 5 most they were still asking for our requirements, like SSS, TIN and ext. and they will never answer you directly if you questions to them. If i compare my past experiences especially with CVG, HR in CVG treat there employees with care, but here in WIPRO they are like GODS they you u have to beg before you can answer them, this is only company that you could not get inside the HRs office.

If your looking for a company that would give you a just compensation then this is not the place for you, because everything here is TAXED they really love to give tax to the government, TAXES on P500 allowance, basic pay, PBPP (a monthly bonus), and everything here. Where can you find a company that has a tax on a P500 allowance? only here in WIPRO and try to ask GEN the great from HR finance and she will never give an answer.

    3. We have a monthly bonus scheme here called PBPP, and until now its not yet given of which it should have been given last January and Feb and March but its already april and no PBPP, and all they tell you thats its still with india.

    4. We have have just regularized and until now we are still using a paper laminated ID, and they have promised us that after 3 months from training we will be receiving our atm type official ID, but until we are already a week from signing our regularization papers still no ID and still with our paper laminated ID with an expiry date of 04/15/2009, thats the reason why we cant even apply for savings bank account or loan.

    5. and one of the most amazing thing here is that they keep deducting our government contribution like SSS but until now its not yet submitted to SSS, one of my colleuge here applied for SSS loan but was turned down since there was no SSS contribution ever submitted to them by the ever great WIPRO, and what would gen the great from finance told her that its yet updated. YAH right as if this is our first company and we'r new graduates.

    6. In all callcenters here in our company this the most POBRE WAY KWARTA, why? because the only increase that were receiving this month for our regularization is just P1000 to be added to our P500 allowance. no increase in the basic. just imagine 1000 increase for allowance, and thats not what they told me during the day that i signed the offer, they told me hat they will increasing the allowance to 2500, and now 1000?

    7. Indians here are BAHO to the max walay kapareha nya mga helas pajud kau.

    8. the only gud thing here is the account BT because no irrate callers a non stressful account thats the main reason why im still here, so think twice before before you dare to apply here

    yeah ang mga customers kay polite kaau..

    in addition.. pa jud. ang lunch 30 mins ra.. but makauli ka 30 mins early pud sa time.. but according to labor law if the lunch is not 60 mins, the break will be part of the 8 hrs work time.. hmmmmm

    if you want premium pay? atleast 1yr EXPERIENCE!! toingk
