avoid caffeine...free you mind from worries/problems even right before you sleep ( you can make a list & tell yourself that you'll deal with them the next day na after sleeping..this can help..)... Heard this from a reliable seminar.

exhaust yourself.. unya na katug if kapoi na jud ka.. read books or listen to music before sleeping.. It really helps..
