Hey dude! Yes, there are PUAs here in Cebu. Starting pa lang sila...Actually, there is a Cebu Lair. Dili pa in-ana kamaayo sa mga PUA sa Manila..And it's a good thing.

By the way, I advocate the lighter side of pickup (PU). I don't wanna see women getting hurt...I only teach men who wants to have a serious long term relationship. So if you're with me, then you can join me & my friends.

pero bitaw on the other hand, if you are confident enough ( not the presko/bastos type)
you can really get anything and everything you want, kay bitaw even if bsag unsaon pa nmo ug apil any clubs or association who are very much expert on body language and all, bsag unsa pa ka expert and mentor if you won't put any of those stuff to action. USELESS ra tanan..
